TERMS OF SERVICE

By using the North Aureum website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

We make personalized T-shirts, mugs, gifts, and printing products. Product images are examples, and colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and materials.

Prices, product availability, and product details may change without notice. An order is accepted when payment has been received and North Aureum confirms the order.

CUSTOM ARTWORK

You confirm that you have permission to use every photograph, logo, design, name, and text submitted to North Aureum.

You must not submit artwork that is illegal, threatening, hateful, misleading, or infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

North Aureum may refuse or cancel an order if submitted content appears unlawful or inappropriate.

You give North Aureum permission to reproduce your submitted artwork only as necessary to design, produce, quality-check, and fulfill your order. We will not use it for marketing without your permission.

PROOFS AND APPROVAL

If you request a digital proof, production begins after you approve it. If you choose “Print as submitted,” you are responsible for reviewing the submitted text, spelling, artwork, placement, and colours.

PAYMENT AND ORDER CHANGES

Payment must be completed before production begins. Contact us quickly if you need to change an order. Changes may not be possible after production has started.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Personalized products are generally not returnable for change of mind or customer-submitted errors. Defective, damaged, or incorrect orders will be handled according to our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.

SHIPPING AND PICKUP

Shipping and pickup are handled according to our Shipping and Local Pickup Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

NORTH AUREUM CONTENT

The North Aureum name, logo, website design, text, photographs, and other original content belong to North Aureum or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
